Free Networking Event Nov. 18th: Building Customer Loyalty

September 15, 2010 By ei2admin

Building Customer Loyalty is the subject of a Business Excellence Network Meeting being hosted by the Enterprise Innovation Institute (EI2) of Georgia Tech.

The event is being held on Thursday, November 18, and it’s one you don’t want to miss.

It goes without saying that Building Customer Loyalty is a universal topic that applies to every enterprise imaginable. People talk about customer satisfaction, but that’s too low of a bar!  Customer loyalty is what you’ve got to strive for, and we’ll discuss the tools, techniques, and philosophies that will result in it.

Besides the usual excellent Georgia Tech speakers, this event will feature an outstanding guest speaker, Mike Wittenstein, who will describe how managing customer experiences is the key to long term success.

Oh, and did we mention that this event is free?

To find complete details (date, time, location, and how to register), please click on this link: Building Customer Loyalty – Nov. 18, 2010
