Ft. Gordon to hold ‘procurement forecast forum’ on June 23

The Army’s Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) is holding an Acquisition Forecast Forum at Ft. Gordon on Monday, June 23, 2014.  Download flyer here: MICC Forecast Forum Fort Gordon 06.23.2014

The purpose of the “Forecast Forum” is to provide vendors with anticipated forecasted contracting opportunities for 2014 and beyond.

Additional presentations will be provided by:

  • Small Business Administration (SBA) Atlanta District Office, and the
  • Georgia Procurement Technical Assistance Center

The event will begin at 9:00 am and end at 12:00 noon.

Event sign-in begins at 8:00 am Alexander Hall, Bldg 29805, Fort Gordon, GA 30905

Advance registration is required and may be completed in either of two different ways:

  1. Email Registration to: gail.a.wells4.civ@mail.mil (preferred)
  2. Call Ms. Gail Wells at: (706) 791-1836

Important Notes: If you have a Military/DoD Civilian ID or CAC Card, you can gain access to Fort Gordon through any gate. If you do not, you will only gain access through the Main Gate lby way of Dyess Parkway and Gordon Highway. You will need to show a current Driver’s License, Auto Registration, and Auto Insurance. Please allow extra time in case they need to inspect your vehicle. Do not speed or use cellular phones without a handsfree device while driving on Fort Gordon. All vehicles must stop for pedestrians in crosswalks.
