January 23, 2014 By ei2admin

The Georgia Tech Procurement Assistance Center’s website — www.gtpac.org — is designed to support GTPAC’s mission: To assist Georgia businesses in identifying, competing for, and winning government contracts.

Surprisingly, only slightly more than half of of the visitors to the GTPAC web site are Georgia business people.  In fact, about 1,000 Georgia business people visit GTPAC’s web site approximately 1,500 times each week, constituting about fifty-three percent of the web traffic.

Significantly, forty-seven percent of the visits to the GTPAC website come from outside the state of Georgia.

Visits in Average Week from 47 States

Six percent of the visitors to GTPAC’s web site come from Virginia.  Four percent come from California.  Visitors from Maryland, Florida, D.C., and Texas each comprise three percent of the total visitors.
