Nancy Cleveland is a government contracting counselor with the Georgia Tech Procurement Assistance Center. She has over 30 years of management and consulting experience with federal, state and local governments. Nancy has hands-on experience in bidding and contracting as a project manager, and in assisting small businesses in plan development and government contracting. She also has 15 years experience in the commercial and public transportation/transit industry. Ms. Cleveland holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Clark-Atlanta University and a Masters degree in business administration from the University Of New Haven, Connecticut.
